Their Story
Martha and Walter met at a charity event in Hoboken and they went to dinner at a small Spanish restaurant on their first date. Then, a couple of years down the road, their proposal was a surprise trip to Jackson Hole, Wyoming. They then went to Amangiri resort in Utah to celebrate! It was a real “Cowboys and Indians” vibe. As a result, this led them to decide to have their destination wedding at the Amangiri resort.
The Wedding
Their vision for the day was intimate, refined, unique, and glamorous. Certainly, they got exactly this at Amangiri. The couple was able to hire wedding planner Ayla Allen from the Amangiri Resort to help plan their wedding. The ceremony was at 3 Point Canyons. I think 3 Point Canyons is one of the most magical ceremony locations. The desert provides a stunning backdrop. Their florals highlighted the beauty of the desert but didn’t overpower it. Then Amangiri Resort also did the catering for the wedding dinner.
The bridesmaids’ dress colors perfectly matched the champagne, taupe, mauve, ivory, and blush that were found throughout the Destination Wedding at Amangiri. I loved how their dresses were all unique but still went perfectly together.
